Our Landscape Design Process

STAGE 1 - Initial Consultation and Site Visit

Our initial consultation includes a thorough assessment of your space, complete with measurements and an in-depth discussion.

During this conversation, we’ll ask key questions to get to know each other and understand your needs, preferences, expectations, and budget. We’ll also collaborate on initial ideas to help you maximize the potential of your outdoor area.

This phase is essential for ensuring that our design proposal aligns seamlessly with your vision.

Following the site visit, a consultation fee will be applied, and we’ll then proceed with a comprehensive site analysis and preliminary design draft.

STAGE 2 - Site Analysis and Preliminary Design

The next step involves a comprehensive site analysis, carefully considering the local climate, geography, architectural style of your home, and your specific preferences.

Based on this analysis, we’ll create a preliminary design draft tailored to your space.

This draft will be delivered to you via email and will include a hand-drawn design layout, curated plant list, plant image catalog, and material specifications to bring the design to life.

STAGE 3 - Final Design and Quoting

Your feedback is essential to our process, as your satisfaction is our highest priority.

After receiving the preliminary draft, you’ll have time to review it and share any suggestions or adjustments. Once the design is confirmed, we’ll finalise the plan to ensure it fully aligns with your vision.

If the final design meets your expectations, we’ll proceed with preparing a detailed quote and coordinating the steps needed to bring your concept to life.
